Optic Toolkits
New from Hubbell is their improved fiber optic termination system. Now you
can choose to use either quick cure anaerobic adhesive or epoxy methods
with the same connector. All at the same low price of the epoxy
connectors. Existing owners of the Hubbell fiber termination kit will need
to upgrade the die sets on their crimp tools to enable them to crimp the
new connectors. If you wish to terminate using anaerobic crimp methods,
you will need to purchase the anaerobic adhesive kit. The adhesive kit can
terminate up to 300 connectors depending on the efficiency of the
installer. Customers who wish only to terminate with anaerobic-crimp
technology can buy just the tool pouch and the anaerobic adhesive.
